We are sorry but due to the unique nature of our product, all products are not returnable and are nonrefundable unless damaged. Please contact us via email prior to returning merchandise. We may require you to send back the damaged item at your own cost by normal parcel air mail for us to verify the damages of the products.
Damaged products must be returned within 14 days. Upon receipt of damaged merchandise a replacement will be sent. If we do not have the same product at our stock, another product of equal value will be replaced. An email notification will be sent to you to ask for agreement before the replacement is sent.
