Sorry, we do not sell live insects, but only framed and preserved specimens.

Are all your insects REAL? |

Of course. All our insects are REAL and in their natural and original colour. We do not sell artificial and inferior products.

How do you obtain your butterfly wings? |
| |
|
Butterfly wings are purchased from Butterfly farms in various countries like Madagascar, Peru, Indonesia, Phillipines etc. Butterflies are farm bred and collected after their natural deaths. No butterflies are killed to make butterfly jewelries.

Is the word "My-bugs.com" printed on the glass? |

NO. The word "My-bugs.com" as you see on the photo is just a watermark. You will get a clear glass with no label or words printed on it.

How can I protect the insect colour from fading? |
| |

DO NOT hang the insect frame under strong light condition (especially for arthropoda like leaf insect, stick insect, mantis, cicada and lanternfly). Under normal household lighting condition, insect colour will not fade.

Do you sell any protected insect species? |
| |

No. We do not sell any protected species under CITES list.

How do you pack your insect frames? |
| |

Each frame will be individually boxed. Proper material is added to increase cushioning performance to ensure that our products reaches you in perfect condition.

Are you a licensed dealer? |

YES. We are a licensed dealer and have legal permission to sell/export our products as approved by Department of Wildlife and Natural Parks of Malaysia.
