How to Order |

To place an order at my-bugs.com, you need to use the shopping cart. Browse through our online catalogue and you can always add a product to your shopping cart.

How to Find a Product |

To find the product(s) you wish to buy, you can always browse the product by categories on the left of the web pages. Click at either the name or the thumbnail of the product to view details. To add a product into your shopping cart, simply enter the Quantity you wish to buy and click at "Add To Basket" Button. In order to have a closer look of the product, you can always click at the "View larger Image" link and a larger and clearer picture of that particular product will be displayed.

Apart from browsing by categories, you may also look for a product using the search engine. Simply enter the keyword of a product, click at the "GO" button and the result will be displayed. Click at "Add To Cart" button to add the product to your shopping cart or you can view the product details by clicking at the Code of the product.

To view all the products in our store, you can click at the "Products" button at the top navigation bar and a list of available products will be displayed. Click at "Add To Cart" button to add the product to your shopping cart or you can view the product details by clicking at the Code of the product.

You can always review the items you have added to your shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart icon located at the top of every page of our website. When you are finished shopping, review your products at your shopping cart. You can always change the quantity of the items you added to your shopping cart by keying in the new quantity and click at "Update" button. If you wish to remove the items from your shopping cart however, you can always do so by clicking at the "Remove" button.

Once you are satisfied with your order, click at the "Continue to Checkout" link to
proceed to checkout. You will be guided throughout the checkout process. You can always click at the "Continue Shopping" link if you wish to continue shopping.

How to Make Payment |

If you proceed to checkout, you can either Login to your existing account or
Place the order without an Account. If you already have an account with us, do key in your login name and password and your registered "Ship To" and "Bill To" information will be displayed. This will save your time as you do not need to key in the details again each time you place an order with us. If you choose to place an order without account, key in the Ship To and Bill To information and click at "Continue" button.

Review your shipping and billing information. Now you have to choose a shipping method from the Ship Via combo box (If there is more than one shipping method available to your shipping destination). Click to view our
Shipping Rate and Policy.

Below the Shipping method combo box is the "Pay With" combo box. At this moment, we allow customer to pay only through PayPal. Click at "Continue" button and a summary of the product, shipping and billing information will be displayed. Click at "Continue" button. You will be guided to the secured credit card processing page hosted by
PayPal.
Now you can make your payment securely using your credit card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Key in the necessary information to complete the transaction.

After your order is submitted, a thank you page will appear. This page contains valuable information about your order and will be your receipt. Print a copy of this page or write down your order number for future reference.
